Self Discipline (And a little help...)

I always tried to teach my kids self discipline. Whether it was about television time, doing their homework or sticking to their commitments I considered myself a good role model. But I must admit I am finding it quite difficult sticking to my diet lately, where did my self discipline go?

I decided that I must make it work so I signed up for a calorie counting service. Using myfitnesspal.com’s free calorie counter I find it easier to discipline myself and limit my intake. This way I figure it is still my own self discipline getting me the strength to overcome my appetite but using the calorie counter makes things clearer and I can really evaluate how I’m doing.

Dyeing Fiber With Kool Aid
Kool-aid is a safe, easy and fun way to dye wool yarn. It requires no specialized equipment, and is safe enough to do with small children. Since it's actually food dye, you can even use your kitchen utensils without fear of contamination.
